Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Australia with AusPost from Sydney
International Shipping - Available with AusPost

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 week, 2-3 weeks in high volume times (ie: Christmas, Easter)
As we hand make our items, certain products (ie: candles) have curing times (1 week).

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays, or if the weather does not permit (temperatures above 28 degrees)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Pre-Orders

Allow 2-3 weeks processing time from place of order.

Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged, we will offer you an exchange where possible or a full refund after we have received confirmation of the damaged product. E.g. Photo.
