All orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processes may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Damaged Parcels
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will offer you an exchange where possible or a full refund after we have received confirmation of the damaged product. E.g. Photo.
Any change of mind purchases will need to be sent back and if exchanged for another item, returned at the cost of the customer.

APPAREL
To get the best ware, you need to show a little care.
If you follow these instructions, you can't go wrong.
- Cold Wash
- Do not use harsh detergents including fabric softeners.
- Garment is best washed in a wash bag
- Do not tumble dry
- Dry in shade if possible
- Do not iron print
CANDLES
Candle Care for the Best Smelling Air
If you follow these instructions, you can't go wrong
- Always trim wick to 5mm before every burn, failure to do so will cause smoke
- Ensure wicks are trimmed & positioned upright
- Always burn on heat-proof surface
- Upon first burn, let candle burn to edges to prevent tunnelling
- Never leave candle unattended whilst burning or near anything flammable
- Burn candle away from flammable materials, children, pets, drafts and ceiling fans to prevent injury or fire
- Never extinguish the candle with water.
- Vessel will be hot to touch during and after burning.
- Never burn candle longer than 3-4 hours at a time and always burn for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Stop burning candle when 10mm of wax is left at the bottom of the vessel
- If the candle is over-burnt and wicks are not trimmed correctly, this can compromise the candle's safety
- Always store candle in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees and away from direct sunlight
DIFFUSERS
- Flip reeds 1-2 times a week for the best scent throw
- Wipe away spillages immediately
- Do not light reeds
- Avoid direct contact with furniture, fabrics and finished wood surfaces
- Use gloves when handling reeds
- Keep out of reach of children
ROOM SPRAYS
- Shake well before each use
- Spray towards centre of the room, away from eyes/face
- Do not ingest
- Keep away from heat and flames
- Patch test of a discrete section before use of fabric
- If skin irritation or rash occurs, get medical advice/attention immediately
- Keep out of reach of children
- Avoid direct contact with furniture, fabrics and finished wood surfaces
